About Me:

Welcome! I’m a Fascial Stretch Therapist who combines Scraping, Cupping, and Thai Massage with Fascial Stretch Therapy to help increase flexibility, relieve pain, improve blood flow, boost athletic performance, and relieve stress and tension.
After many years in New York City, Los Angeles, and Spokane, in the USA, I’m now located in Wellington, New Zealand. I've been in the fitness + wellness industry since 2005 and was thrilled to be the Stretch Therapist for the Eastern Washington University football team for the 2018-2021 seasons (Go Eags). I want you to feel your best, move with ease, and be pain-free!

About Fascia & Stretch Therapy:

Fascia is the connective tissue surrounding your muscles, bones, and organs. It becomes stiffer and denser along lines of repetitive stress or strain, including long bouts of non-movement like sitting. Movement and stretching are crucial for happy fascia. Fascial Stretch Therapy is dynamic and uses circular spiraling patterns to calm your nervous system and ease you into further flexibility with no pain. You will experience decompression and a greater range of motion. You’ll feel like you’re floating afterward.

Certifications & Skills:

More about my other therapies:

CUPPING
Instead of digging into the tissue, cupping creates suction. This encourages blood flow, circulation, fascial decompression, and promotes healing.
IASTM | SCRAPING
Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization - often referred to as Graston, Scraping, or Gua Sha. These stainless steel tools help with myofascial adhesions, restrictions, and scar tissue.
THAI MASSAGE
Thai Yoga Massage combines 'assisted yoga' or stretching with gentle acupressure techniques.
